How to book with the

01. Get the App
Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR Code above

02. Open the App
1. Find and tap the MobiMate icon on your Iphone to open the app.
2. If you already have an account, enter your email and password to Log In.
3. If you're a new user, tap to create a new account.

03. Sign Up for a New Account (for new users)
1. Enter your email, phone number, and create a password.
2. Tap to “Next” continue.

04. Allow Location Access
1. A pop-up will ask if you want to allow the app to use your location.
2. TapAllow to give permission for better trip planning.

05. Choose World Trans as Transportation Provider
1. The app will ask you to select your non-emergency medical transportation provider.
2. Type the name World Trans as your provider and tap Select.
