Since 1994, World Trans has provided safe, high-quality non-emergency medical transportation services. We provide fully-escorted door-to-door service for ambulatory, wheelchair and gurney customers in Los Angeles and Ventura county.

We operate a modern, fully-insured fleet of vehicles.  Our fleet complies with annual inspections by LADOT. Our vans are equipped with the latest in adoptive equipment according to ADA regulations.
